Secure Online Transactions for Handmade Accessories

Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time
    All orders are handmade and prepared within 3 working days from the date of purchase.

  • Delivery Method
    We currently ship to UK addresses only, using Royal Mail 48 Tracked. This service typically delivers within 2–3 working days after dispatch, though delivery times may vary, particularly during busy seasonal periods.

  • Tracking Information
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your Royal Mail tracking number. This allows you to follow your parcel’s progress until it arrives with you.

  • Delivery Issues
    If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you and Royal Mail to resolve the issue.

Returns, Exchanges & cANCELLATIONS

  • General Policy
    As all our products are handmade to order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or has been received in error.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items
    Should you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We may request photographs of the issue to help us resolve your query quickly.

  • Resolution
    Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, including standard return postage costs if applicable.

  • Condition of Returns
    Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items that appear worn, used, or altered will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Order Cancellation
    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not already been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us via email with your order details.

  • After Dispatch
    Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

Payments

  • Accepted Methods
    We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as other secure payment methods offered at checkout.

  • Currency
    All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include UK taxes where applicable.

  • Payment Security
    All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. NE Little Thing does not store or have access to your full payment card details.
